I bought these bags because they are "TSA Approved". Approved for what? Of course, that's not the 3-1-1 rule that entails the 1-liter bag limit. Out of curiosity, I put 1 liter of water in one of the bags because it seemed a bit big to me. Of course, 1 liter of water only filled half the bag. They're more like 1-gallon bags, which of course aren't TSA-approved.

I travel a lot and this bag is the best I have ever used. A ton fits in this little bag. The quality of materials and construction is a little better than expected and will likely last many trips. Since they come in packs of 3, I have an extra empty bottle in my bag in case the loaded one runs out. I can fit everything in a bag with a little space.
