One use and all

My pup is 6 pounds. I tried to use this bag to pick it up on my flight home, it didn't even last the whole trip. I couldn't even put him in, he stuck his head out of every corner. The zippers broke, the inner bottom part ripped when I was assembling it, and this thing isn't even strong enough to carry a 6 lb puppy. I will send these back as soon as possible.

Really good Best in Carrier

Looks the same as the picture. It's really spacious and expandable. I was looking for a carrier to travel with my maltepoo and little teacup poodle. The American airline allows 2 notches in the carrier if they fit. Now I'm working on getting my girls to love the carrier. I put treats in it, put her favorite toys in it. This is a very good carrier. Highly recommended.

Will not fit Delta seats

I bought this for our cross country trip based on the reviews and the fact that it is airline sized and can be enlarged while waiting for boarding. We were flying a Delta and this suitcase didn't fit under the seat in front of me. We only needed it for one-time use, but even with soft sides, it had to be crushed violently. The cat didn't seem to mind, but I was hoping to tuck it under the seat easily.

Your customer service is outstanding.

My rating differs because I'll probably be using the 20 inch case for three months until my Golden Retriever puppy outgrows it. What surprised me the most was the seller's quick response to Delta's limitations on their 17" and 20". "Boxes. Jessica went out of her way to send a reply on the return of my 17 year old creation, which saved me untold heartache and surprise. The 20 inch cage is spacious, not indestructible, light but strong. Sturdy with enough space

So this product only had one review and I was afraid to get it. I'm glad I did! Materials seem pretty solid, and the zippers, D-rings, and clips are metal rather than plastic. There is a grommet pocket at the top for plastic bags, as well as a side pocket for other items. The bottom is flexible until you insert the boot liner so I figure if I lose it or it gets damaged the bag might be useless.
