Does not work as advertised- company has terrible customer service

This product does not work as advertised. The box is extremely heavy and hard to use. It does not dispense evenly and to get it to dispense at all you have to apply a large amount of pressure. The instructions are terrible and the company defers you to youtube videos for further instructions. In addition, customer service will not refund money because there is "usually a 1 job learning curve on the automatic tools". They of course send these messages after the tool is already returned to them…

Pros
  • Handy tool for mudding an entire house. I purchased this item to do my house ceilings.
Cons
  • The 12-inch flat box included in the kit may not be suitable for larger surface areas, which means users will need to purchase additional tools separately to complete the job, making the overall costs much higher

Great company: my feedback

I couldn't get it to work well with me. it wasn't the product and the company helped me alot with a return that ups lost and I was very impressed how the company really was trying to help me during this mess
