do not buy from electrics

Extremely brittle plastic. I tightened the screws a little more than it could handle and it broke in half. useless junk.

Looks good, fits well and you don't have to run to the store to buy it. Two screws fit the plate and are included. Has a nice clean finish.

High quality, beautiful appearance, good fit, good price.

High quality, good looks, good fit, reasonable price. I hooked this up to a Sigma Electric, White 14250WH 1/2-inch 3-hole 1-gang box (Revain) and am very happy with the result. I can install a 220VAC outlet with good wire spacing and a flush fit.

The case is generally as expected but there are no screws as shown in the picture

The product was in a torn plastic case, looks like a retail return? It does not include a small package of two white screws. I checked Leviton's website to see if the screws needed to be included; they are not mentioned. This fits perfectly in my 14-30R (Advantium Oven/Microwave) outlet. I believe it should also fit a 14-50R outlet, also with a 2.15" diameter. sent a replacement with screws Had to send the old one back but it was free at least just a pain.

WHO WILL USE IT?!

Honestly I wonder who the hell would use that? I thought I would do it because I was installing a 250v outlet for the stove and only wanted a 1 gang outlet for the outlet but oh my god no one told me installing wires that designed for a 250V socket is NEVER SUITABLE. 1 bed box. We are talking about THICK wires, my friends, which due to their thickness are HARD to work and bend. It seems like a worthless item based on that alone, and it's back where it came from.
