Faulty lock, not worth buying

Using this luggage lock, our team found that the combination was difficult to set up and the lock was unreliable during travel. The only positive was that it is TSA approved but that doesn't matter much if it doesn't work properly .Overall, we do not recommend this product as there are better options available..

Unreliable Luggage Lock for Travelers

As my tests showed, this luggage lock failed to keep my bags secure during transit. The TSA-approved combination was easy to break into and left my luggage vulnerable to theft..

Not easy to read as the description says. The size of the number is normal, but the contrast of the background is terrible.

I bought this lock for the elderly because I thought it would be easy for them to read the numbers as stated in the description. Both told me they couldn't read the numbers because the dial contrast was terrible. It's a shiny metallic background that makes it difficult to see the number. When they got this one they showed me an old one they had which appears to be the same but a different brand but has a black background dial with numbers in white which they can read very easily.
