Description of LEZYNE HV Bicycle Hand Pump: High Volume 90 PSI, Presta & Schrader Compatible, Compact Bike Pump for Efficient Inflation

AIR BLEED SYSTEM - The ABS button releases the pressure from the pump hose, simplifying removal of the flip-thread chuck and eliminating the risk of the valves unscrewing the valve core as well. TWIN CHUCK - The HP Drive hand pump comes with the patented ABS Flip-Thread Chuck, which is compatible with Presta and Schrader valves. The twin chuck is easy to fit and remove. ALUMINUM CONSTRUCTION - Aluminium is a robust and lightweight material. Therefore, it is used by Lezyne for various precise pump parts, creating elegant and functional products. COMPOSITE MATRIX - Composite Matrix is a high-strength fiber reinforced material used to make mold injected components, creating pro level cycling products. A PASSION FOR DESIGN - Every product comes from a combination of a love for cycling and a passion for design. Our products are intelligently engineered and designed, and functionally complete.

Not everything is in the frame-mounted pumps

I didn't get the small hose from the wheel pump and it doesn't really look like high volume and it can take a long time to pump up a bike with fat tires when I need to.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Not bad

Small and powerful.

I'm an avid mountain biker. I have several bikes, including a fat one. I needed a pump that could handle high pressure and high volume. It does. It also has a hose, and the hose actually wraps around your valve. Very simple and effective. love it

Pros
  • Very good price

Another well made Lezyne product

Well thought out design and build. Hopefully I won't have to use it often, but I'm glad to know I have a reliable pump in my emergency kit. I have an amazing Lezyne floor pump that seems to have the same level of quality and design.

Nice pump but got stuck and cut the valve stem

Well made pump. Small but big so thought it would be perfect for my gravel bike. Had a puncture during the race and tried to take advantage of it. The pump head screws onto the valve stem (so make sure the valve stems are threaded!). Unfortunately it got stuck on my valve and didn't come loose. I had to rip it off, which completely cut off my valve stem and effectively ended my race. I wouldn't recommend a threaded pump head, at least not for those emergency mini pumps.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Only available in black

small reliable and some great features that make it easy to use.

My husband had one of these for a while and was so excited I replaced my large pump with one. You can find larger volume pumps, but I'd rather make a few extra pumps with this one and take advantage of its compactness. It fits in my backpack, fanny pack or even my pocket. I also like the flexible hose that secures and protects my valve stem before it breaks or bends at weird angles. I also like that it has both Shredder and Presta valves and it's very easy to switch from one to the other. All I

You will struggle to get above 40psi on any tire.

This thing is advertised at 90psi but it's much better for mountain bike tires and around 40psi. Once you get to around 40psi this pump becomes very difficult to pump and you can't put the end of the pump on anything hard, you have to hold it with both hands. My old Topeak Mini-Morph pump easily outperformed this pump on a 28mm tire. I was able to get to 70psi in a reasonable amount of time, and it was a lot easier because I could put my weight on the pump and hold it with my foot. Pedal. The…

Great portable pump

I really like this pump. I'm not the type to attach things to my bikes, especially a pump that I will be using on more than one bike, so I don't use a mount. I carry this pump in a small Osprey backpack and I literally can't tell it's in it. The bolt design works well, is easy to install and makes inflating the tire easier compared to a pump that attaches directly to the stem. I've used this on both Presta and Schrader valves. Both work perfectly. It quickly inflates a 700c x 50 tire. I used it

It attaches easily to the bike and looks good (unobtrusive)

It does what it's supposed to do. It's made of quality materials, inflates, attaches easily to the bike, and looks good (unobtrusive). I expect this to continue for years. Note, however, that it takes (I) 150 pumps to get my 29er hose to a rideable pressure (firm, but less than the 50psi I prefer). It's definitely a forearm workout! So much for "HV” (large volume). I am considering carrying around cartridges again as my primary means of inflation and storing the pump for when I run out of…

First time and it worked great

Mountain bike, 26x2.35 tires. I don't know what they were doing in the middle of nowhere, but they tripped over a strip of building brackets. Luckily there are several picnic tables nearby, creating a 'field shop'. I have had many different pumps over the years and this one has been amazingly effective for me. I was starting to really despise those "clamp" attachments. This screws onto the Presta valve, apparently with a built-in one-way valve. Solid connection, no nasty leaks, no blowouts…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful
