Like: very firm and hard case. Comes with screen protector and everything you need to really protect your phone. This item came up on my search for my phone but when I got it I tried to put it on and it don't fit. I would return but I can't because it would cost more to drive to the closes UPS store and because of the virus I wouldn't go anyway. Very disappointed and will never buy again! Make sure your showing the correct things when a person puts things up to search!

This case feels very sturdy and I've dropped my phone many times with no problems. However since getting this case people say they hear their own voice echoed back whenever I use speaker phone. Also occasionally if I don't hold my phone just right to my face sometimes I can't be heard well

Hate stick on screen protectors they always get dust under them during install, case is flimsy and poorly fitting on my g7 thinq

The screen protector was thinner than expected and already had a crack in it when unboxed. When attempting to still use it. The crack expanded and the protector was ruined. Disappointed. The rest of the case was fine. Have purchased other products from this manufacturer and have never had an issue like this before. Glad it broke before actually had it on and did drop my new phone. Who know what would have happened.

The included tempered glass does NOT match the photo, nor does it fit on my phone. It is too skinny, and keeps getting my hair caught in it. I am attempting to get the correct fit (at my own expense -- argh!). I don't know if the seller is trying to include a cheaper, incorrect tempered glass or what, but it's not what I saw in the picture and it doesn't even fit! Just started using case. Seems durable. Screen protector little tricky to put on and directions are only pics , but we were able to figure it out and it seems to be working fine. Would recommend.

I mainly got it because its one of the few that has covers on the power and headphone jack ports. With gorilla glass, i dont care about screen protectors, but the rest of the case seems rugged and nice.

Ive dropped my phone on tile a couple times my phone has no scratchs. Or cracks. Upgraded to 5 star. I do wish you had more colors and a holster.

Nice case and screen protector. I had a Poetic case before for my G4 phone and loved it, so wanted another Poetic case for my G7 phone. The G7 case isn't as thick and rugged as the G4 case. Some people may like that thinner feel, but I like the thick plastic that doesn't bend. Screen protector went on super easy and looks great. They also have awesome customer service when I reached out to them.
