Disappointing Quality

After trying this product I was extremely disappointed with the quality .The leather felt cheap and fragile, and it didn't hold its shape well. On the plus side, the design was cute and versatile. Unfortunately, the poor craftsmanship outweighed any positives..

It is replacing a handbag that I have used for many years and the only problem with the new bag is that it is a little smaller than I like.
