I have used these cases for the last 6+ years because they support their product and would replace it if it broke but it's not like that anymore. The only thing they now have is a 1-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects. Why pay 80 when you don't stand by the product anymore.

I've always used Lifeproof cases because I'm picky about my iPhones, but this new case was a huge disappointment. I bought the iPhone 12 Pro specifically for the camera and the great photos it takes. Within 3 weeks, the protective film of the lifeproof case that covers the camera lenses was so scratched that not a single photo was sharp. I replaced it with a $15 case that works great and I won't be buying another Lifeproof again.

The dial button on the case does not work for the top left call/mute button on the phone. Luckily. I never use this button so it's still a win. The lighting port cover is more difficult to open and close than previous models, but at least the 12 Pro can be charged with a safe Mag charger, so I can keep going.
