TURN NOISE CANCELLATION OFF

PRO TIP: For mute and audio issues, go to Settings/General/Accessibility, then turn off your phone's noise cancellation. As stated on their website, this feature needs to be disabled for audio to work properly on these phones.

I would recommend staying away from this case and going with something.

This product is very annoying because it blocks my phone's speaker. No one can hear me speak when the phone is in my pocket, so I have to take it out of my pocket every time I want to talk to someone. I would recommend stepping away from this case and doing something else.

buy direct from lifeproof

Ever since I've had my iPhone I've always used Lifeproof cases because I keep dropping my phone and never have any issues, but I recommend buying direct from Lifeproof, not BC Me think it might be fake. I bought these in early October and by the end of November a piece covering the light opening had already broken off.
