Great for Zoom meetings

Bought to connect my iPad to a TV for Zoom meetings and to watch certain programs. Works great, I've wanted to buy this for a long time. So nice to see on TV

That works great! - HDMI cable

Powered by your iPad's charger. (It connects to a charger via USB.) You plug the Lightning connector into your iPad and get beautiful, full-screen photos and videos from your iPad on your TV. Apple has some great pre-programmed AV shows to choose from to showcase and break up your images with music.

Works out of the box on iPhone 12, slower on XR

In order for the HDMI lighting adapter to work, you must connect the USB cable to a power source such as a laptop or wall charger. The need for a power supply is quite odd as I've seen HDMI to Lighting cables that don't require a power supply. The adapter worked with my iPhone 12 but apparently not with my iPhone Xr. After an hour of trying, I was close to giving up the Xr and left it plugged in because I didn't need a monitor at the moment. About an hour later (only 2 hours) it suddenly worked

Short cable

The cable itself works well. However, the power cord for it was sooooo much shorter than the cable itself, which made it almost impossible to connect it to the TV 😒
