Bought for my projector so I can download movies to my ipad and project them onto a big screen. Love this item, you really should have it.

Bought to watch TV from iPad without Wi-Fi. It shows what is on the screen but when you start the video it stops working. It cannot process video.

Still requires Bluetooth to function. The only reason I bought the cable was to AVOID using bluetooth so I could stream to another device via bluetooth while still showing my screen on the TV. This product is useless for me.

This makes the screen mirror like a small picture on my TV. But it is NOT streaming from the ABC app. Like it's locked or something. The game on the Dtrong adapter says no picture and only sound. If anyone has any advice that would be great. Don't buy if you want to play on your TV through the app.

Bought this for a hike to stream movies from my iPhone to a small projector. The quality of the cable is good, but there was an official notice on my phone that the cable was not compatible. I did a little research online and found that the only version that works with the iPhone is the Apple version.

I just opened it up for use as I had to live with my family for health reasons. I have an Apple iPhone max and an Apple iPad and the connector that goes into the iPhone and iPad is so lost it won't stay on and connect. It is listed for Apple and will not fit properly and will fall out. Very disappointed with the description and the fact that it doesn't work and I'm stuck with a $21 item that is junk.

so I want my money back. I spent £200 on a projector that needed this cable to connect to my phone so I bought it and when it arrived the Bluetooth screen mirroring feature had to work. For example, why is it literally a cable? However, the chord/device name never shows up because I have to plug it in, making this article a huge waste of time and money. You'll have better luck buying the chord directly from Apple or at the best price.

So technically it worked, but it was a pain. This is fine if you just want to mirror your phone's screen to an external monitor and watch YouTube although figuring out audio is another problem with this cable. However, you cannot watch streaming networks like Hulu, Netflix, or Disney+. We don't have a TV so we thought we'd hack it by zooming in on the phone's screen, but were unpleasantly surprised.
