Great concept for project management

I like the concept of the system. I haven't used the system yet so I can't comment on the actual system. I like the idea of having a system that can be used to manage the whole process of a client's project. I haven't used the system yet but the concept is good. If I had to comment on any I would say that the system is fairly easy to use but the system could be more user friendly. I am using the system for my work as a web designer.
