It was exactly what it should have been. It has a premium feel and makes it easy to roll out dough on a clean, smooth surface. The dimensions make it easier to roll out the cake dough to the desired size. I am very happy with this item.

I bought two rugs at once, a very large one (for me) and a slightly smaller one from another brand for my sister. This mat is definitely not "very thick". It's quite thin and it will be interesting to see how well it holds up when scraped off the bread dough. If you don't need that much, choose the SunRich brand.

During COVID-2019 I got a new hobby - baking bread. This padding keeps flour from getting everywhere. But when I received it I didn't like the size and price (I've seen some cheaper ones) so I made a return request but I found I was too lazy to deliver the item to the pickup box so I did just keep it, and it turned out to stick to my kitchen counter pretty well and was easy to clean.

I've used this for a variety of baking tasks, but most commonly for stretching pizza dough to size. It sticks securely to my countertop on its own and doesn't even need water. It's big enough to even fit in my mess. Calibration circles and rulers will help. The surface only needs to be lightly floured to avoid sticking. I am completely satisfied with that. A bit awkward to clean due to the size, but worth it.

I was a little surprised, it came folded square but it unrolled well and had no creases. It was sticky on top which was another problem but once it was washed and I started flouring and rolling out the dough it was all great! The batter didn't stick to it at all and spread very easily. My old rug was plastic and slipped over the counter but this one stays in place. Yesterday I used my pizza wheel to cut the dough and it worked beautifully! This rug is also huge compared to my old one.
