My height is 5"2, bust 40, waist 36 and hips 46 (in). I bought the large one and it fits perfectly! I was afraid it would be small but it did fits like a glove, very comfortable!The lining on the chest isn't great but this product is way better than expected.

I think due to my petite build and no breasts at all this did not fit as intended even after comparing the sizes given. He also had a lot of weird extra fabric over his armpits on his sides that didn't fit properly and kept moving forward. Otherwise it's cute but a bit awkward, especially for the mini tits committee ;*(
