I love that you can search by hashtag or keyword as well as location which makes finding relevant information quick and simple! The dashboard is really intuitive for those who aren't super tech savvy so we've been able to utilize this tool effectively in our social media efforts without having any issues thus far. I like that we can search for our hashtag anywhere in their platform so if someone were talking negatively or positively towards us they could be found quickly!
