works on Asus Prime X570-Pro Ryzen 3

I had no problems using it on my Asus Prime X570-Pro Ryzen 3 motherboard. It could accept the USB-C connector on the motherboard (and the USB 2.0 connector ) to allow a USB 3.0 port on the front of my case.

Just Works - Audio & Video Accessories

I installed a card reader on a blank drive on the front of my computer and it contained two USB 3.0 ports because I didn't have any. an extra USB 3.0 connector on my motherboard and an extra 2.0 connector, this item worked great.

Works best with connectors and adapters

I decided to get one after realizing to my horror that my motherboard only had 1 USB 3.0 port and couldn't connect 4 ports on my front case (my error, not exploring well enough) so I had to pipe the extra 3.0 through the 2.0 headers and it worked great. 2.0 speeds are better than 2 dead USB 3.0 ports lol. so life is.

Plug and play, easy to use, works.

My motherboard had two 10-pin USB 2.0 connectors, but only one 20-pin USB 3.0 connector in addition to the USB-C connector. Need a case for it. TWO USB 3.0 and one USB-C. This product is designed to expand the use of the USB 2.0 port. It seems to work with the devices I've tried to connect. I'm happy with that. I haven't tested the speeds, but I can't complain for the price and value.

Great product for AV accessories

My PC case has more USB 2.0 ports than 3.0 ports. Fast ports are gone. Got this PCI adapter. I now have two more full speed 3.0 ports. CrystalDiskMark confirms USB 3.0 speed. Connects directly. Easy installation. Excellent price.

Fits plug and adapter

I picked one up when I discovered to my horror that my motherboard only had 1 USB 3.0 port and couldn't connect 4 ports to my front case (my fault for not doing enough research) so I had to get the extra forward 3.0 to header 2.0 and it worked great. 2.0 speeds are better than 2 dead USB 3.0 ports lol. so life is.
