Nice chair but the assembly is not optimal and not very soft. The screw holes on the underside that attach the chair back to the seat were misaligned, allowing only two of the four screws to be used. Luckily our 10 year old uses the seat otherwise I would be concerned about stability and safety. She's small so it works for her.

I thought it was a joke when I opened the door to take the package. The box was torn into pieces and the torn/damaged parts of the box were stuck in the rest of the box. The handle that adjusts the chair up and down was sticking RIGHT out of a pile of chair parts! so strange! I'm surprised the courier was allowed to leave it like that! Very disappointed.

Love this chair! It was very easy to assemble. It looks just like the photo and I am happy with my purchase. The seat cushion is comfortable enough even if I sit on the damn thing 8 hours a day as I am currently working from home. The chair loses 1 star for comfort because the fluffy fluff falls off and gets on my clothes so I have to brush the roller before going anywhere like I have a pet haha.

I was impressed! I took a chance and bought mine at Revain Warehouse for $69. Came with all parts. The assembly didn't take long. Only about 15 minutes to comb the fur. The chair is a bit hard on the cushion but hopefully it will get more comfortable after it's smashed. I really wanted a gold chair. So I bought this cheap one and covered it with gold plating! It looks so good! Now I'm waiting for my white table to match. I will also paint the legs gold to match.

This was purchased for my 12 year old daughter who chose it for her birthday. It was sent with no critical parts so we had to call and wait over a week for a part. When this part arrived we found that they had sent the wrong part. Almost a month after her birthday, she finally had a chair. The fur seems to be not very soft (it itches a bit).
