Expansion approx. 12 times the volume

The first test with it was 20ml (10ml A + 10ml B) at 68 degrees. The result was a nice, dense foam that slightly overflowed the 8 ounce (237 ml) plastic food container. No release agent was used and it popped out easily after eight hours. After an additional 48 hours, the foam was placed back into the food container mold and almost imperceptible shrinkage occurred.

Pros
  • FAST CURING. With a short cure time and minimal shrinkage, our expandable foam cures within 10 minutes.
Cons
  • I don't remember

Best of all Adhesives, Sealants and Lubricants

Not a bad thing, but tender and if you don't mix 100 percent you'll end up with either sticky mush or crumbly mush. If it heals properly, it's decent, but it can break or tear easily. It also has a very odd setup time and never gets to the point where it's operational. Essentially, it's super watery or hard, no semi-sticky time. Handling it during construction will also destroy it. I would only use this to fill something where it will settle.

Pros
  • LIQUID FOAM INSULATION - for filling floats or boat parts for soundproofing and insulation!

USE SAFELY! in urethane adhesives

So I made a seat insert out of it for my race car. I didn't know how much to use. so i used everything. I threw it in a garbage bag and sat on the seat. The foam expanded enough to push me out of the race car. I got foam. Automobile. Seat. Steering wheel. USE SAFELY! The foam works very well. It cures well and you can add layers. If I had read the instructions it would have been a lot easier. I had to order more foam as I wasted the entire first batch. I really recommend reading the…
