It was best in Cradles

I liked this product and its ease of use. I also like the fact that I can elevate the tripod and use it with just a hill. And use your phone grip with another tripod

Good mount. The finger screws are a bit annoying.

The product works as advertised. In general I am satisfied with his work. My only problem are the screws that tighten the connections. They are very small and difficult to manipulate. This makes setup a bit tedious.

Screw adjustment up and down does not work

On one side, the nut continues to turn as you attempt to tighten the adjustment knob up or down, preventing over-tightening. This nut is round so it is not easy to pinch for further tightening. The phone falls down. Excellent tripod. Great concept. Bad performance.

It could have been a lot nicer.

Needs better fit and finish to show where the gaskets have been glued and excess glue has not been removed. There are signs of wear on the body which makes it appear as if it was previously used and then sold as new. Although the tripod was in good condition. Overall I'm not very impressed and expected better quality from an American company.
