Definitely makes using the outlet easier. Routing a 10GA cable into the tiny ports of a connector is no easy task, and this product has already done it. Saved me about an hour on the last install. money well spent.

Works the way you expect it to. However, I would suggest that the wires are longer. I also had to buy extension cords to get from the trailer to the panels in the sun. I would like to see different line lengths from stock to 20 feet. This reduces the need to purchase additional extensions.

I've only used it a couple of times but it seems to work fine. Allows me to quickly connect a single solar panel to my RV with a pre-wired connector. Check the size of the built-in fuse installed by the manufacturer, it can limit the number of panels to be connected. We don't use a lot of battery power when we're outback, but it's nice to keep the battery charged just in case.

I received this pigtail assembly with MC4 connectors mounted on opposite wires than shown in the pictures. I'm trying to connect a Renogy solar panel and controller (which comes with MC4 connectors) to my caravan via a factory installed Furion socket. This adapter had to be perfect. However, if I connected like this, I would have reverse polarity issues. I informed the seller of the problem and asked if it was an anomaly because I like the picture.
