Description of 🔩 LMT Onsrud 63-606 Uncoated Drill Bit

Solid carbide tools offer long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates, but are more brittle and must be used with rigid toolholding systems. Uncoated tools feature just the base substrate without any additional treatment or coatings and are suitable for a wide range of applications. Round shanks allow use with a wide variety of toolholding systems. When run in a counterclockwise direction (right-hand cut) spiral fluted tools evacuate chips up and out of the cut to reduce clogging. Single flute, 22 degree angle.

I really liked it but the description is wrong

Excellent grinder. The description says the cutting length is 0.5 inches, but it's only 0.25 inches. Model 63-610 has a 0.5 inch cutting length.

Pros
  • straight, spiral and trimming nozzles
Cons
  • boring packaging

Worth every penny! for power tool parts and accessories

Let me tell you I used this to carve some Corian on my CNC and instead of fitting an Onsrud plastic cutter into my machine I accidentally put this in. It was AMAZING bug! this piece cut like butter. I'm very happy that Onsrud beats are made for everything. Very satisfied and it definitely gets 5 stars!

The best router bits on the market for CNC routers in my .

In my opinion the best router bits on the market for CNC routers. I have parts for a PRO4824 CNC router and the transition from cheap $4 single flute end mills to these end mills was amazing! My CNC has done things I didn't know it could do. The previous cutters I have used were 20-30 ipm, shallow depth of cut, but these cutters require speed and material to move even on homebuilt machines. Now I'm cutting aluminum sheet at over 75 ipm with these 63-606 cutters, which is pretty fast for my…
