Uncoated tools feature just the base substrate without any additional treatment or coatings and are suitable for a wide range of applications. Round shanks allow use with a wide variety of toolholding systems. When run in a counterclockwise direction (right-hand cut) spiral fluted tools evacuate chips up and out of the cut to reduce clogging. Single flute, 21 degree angle.

Highly Efficient Router Bit

This is the best beat I've ever used for this stuff.

I used this bit to cut aluminum composite material. The material consists of 2 sheets of aluminum attached to a plastic center. This is the best bit I have ever used for this material, very clean, easy to cut.

Great for HDPE on Bob's CNC E3

Now I've spent over 20 hours cutting and drilling .375" HDPE to starboard. Clear some plastic shavings around the drill. Working straight and properly at a speed of 45 inches per minute my Bob CNC machine.
