Kit of 7 acetal copolymer modular hose components includes 2 hose segments, 3 round nozzles, and 2 NPT connectors. Components attach to each other by the Loc-Line ball-and-socket design, and the NPT connector has one end threaded for connecting to NPT pipe. Acetal copolymer plastic resists corrosion and moisture, and can be used with acetone, alcohol, ethyl, greases, oils, commercial dish detergents, gasoline, lacquer solvents, and sodium hydroxide. Maximum operating temperature of 170 degrees F. Meets NSF/ANSI standards 14, 51, and 61 for drinking (potable) water.

So far so good. The themes leave a lot to be desired, but still good.

I use it for a small CNC I bought for coolant supply. The actual construction of the castle is very solid. I didn't want to spend money on pliers to connect new parts. I will say it. it's cozy to tie them together! BUT. I managed to make most of the necessary connections, but ironically the strongest are where the threaded connections and the nozzle ends are. However, if you have a solid vise, it becomes much easier to manage. So if you change connections A LOT, buy a wrench, but if not, you…

Great air hose replacement for DeWalt DW788 spiral saw

I purchased this product, 'Loc-Line Coolant Hose Kit, 1/4 ID', to replace the factory 'Air Hose' on a DeWalt 788 (DW788) spiral saw as the original was not of very good quality and cracked and falling apart. The two pieces of segmented "hose" in the kit when joined together are approximately the same length as the factory air hose. The kit also includes two ball fittings that can be used as the inlet end of the hose if (they have two different sizes of NPT threads) and three different nozzles…

Great for making helping hands

I also used this to make helping hands. A 1/4 inch plug is screwed into a drilled and cut cutting board, the fixing cord snaps into place and a small alligator clip is attached to the free end. I currently have five helping hands coming out of a small cutting board. The cutting board was drilled and then threaded from 1/4" to 18 NPT using this tap.
