Dialectical fat itself works amazingly well. The only thing that bothered me is the tube it comes in. I tried to cut the applicator so I could stick it in a small spot and not hit it so hard. I had to press pretty hard, and when I did, the end snapped and lube spilled out on me. It didn't bother me much because I could still use it. My wife was angry that I soiled my whole body.
