Great Platform and tools used daily by myself & many colleagues

The ability for our team members (our customers) as well all of those working with us in any way - be it sales or technical support-to have access from anywhere at anytime via mobile devices is great! I also love that we can see what other teams are doing without having them physically present. It would help if there was an easier interface between customer accounts/team account management versus internal applications such as Marketing Automation etc.- but this isn't always easy when you're…

  • I love the ability to have all of our team members have access to our customers from anywhere at anytime and the ability to have them see what other teams are doing and that we can see what other teams are doing without having them physically present
Cons
  • I would love to see the ability to have a more easy interface between customer accounts/team account management
