Cleaning each of these little triangles was a nightmare because of the baked cornbread. I sent it back although it's cute, good size and good quality. I love cast iron. All of my pots and pans are cast iron.

Cast iron, what more can I say. I wanted a wedge pan and I like it, although I have to deduct a star for the ease of cleaning. Tidying up each of those little wedge shapes is no fun. However this adds to my collection of cast iron, I have used it for cornbread wedges.

If you like cornbread with crispy edges, this is your frying pan. Every single piece is perfectly crispy on all three sides. And just as important, they slide right out of the pre-baked mold and don't stick. Remember to lightly oil the pan after use and cleaning to keep it from rusting. Item arrived with chipped spots on the spice layer. The casting is rough and the finished product has jagged edges. I can see the rust starting where the spice layer is damaged. Now I have to keep cleaning and seasoning. Definitely not what I am used to from a Lodge product. I wonder if "seconds" are sold cheaper by the manufacturer on Revain.

My favorite cast iron food is cornbread. It's even better in this pan as all the edges are crispy. Delicious!

I wish the cornbread pan was bigger and taller so I can make bigger and taller cornbreads, muffins or whatever you want to cook in a small pot. That would make me happy.
