This is a great webcam that was easy to get for around $70 before the pandemic. Shame on the seller for such a price gouging!

Before purchasing I contacted the seller because I was concerned about how long it would take to receive the camera. He answered my call immediately, he walked me through everything that was on camera. He even went out of his way to ship it and I received it in two days. The camera is programmed and ready to use!

First of all, before COVID-19, this webcam was selling for $50-100. If you find it now, you will pay 4-5 times more. Secondly, this webcam is absolutely not worth $50. This is equal or worse than the webcams that come with most laptops. Finally, the seller I bought it from charged me a $20 restocking fee on my return and said Revain told him to collect a restocking fee from the buyer during the pandemic. Don't let the reviews and hype fool you, this webcam is very generic.

I bought this webcam to replace another brand that never worked properly. I needed a webcam to attend online meetings, so I bought this one even though it cost more than double the previous one. But Logitech is a good name and it works flawlessly for me. plug and play However, I later learned that the seller had increased my price, no doubt taking advantage of the lack of webcams due to the COVID pandemic. I could buy it at Best Buy for half the price.

We received a Logitech webcam apparently made for the Chinese market with Chinese writing on the box and inside the box. Not sure if it's a Logitech webcam and I suspect it's fake, we knew it was grossly overpriced. My husband wants to keep it because he works and we urgently need a webcam. I will never buy from this seller again. Anyone who advises going to the Logitech site should know that they and other reputable retailers have been sold out for a few months.

Due to its popularity and availability, it took a while to get this webcam, but it was worth the wait. Maybe a bit pricey, but great picture and decent sound. My only complaint is the lack of software to control the camera. Don't get me wrong, the Logitech Capture program is great, but it doesn't really come with many controls for adjusting the video and scaling. Maybe there's something I don't know yet.
