I first purchased a keyboard, but two adjacent keys fell off on the first day; thankfully, Amazon made exchanging it a breeze. I placed my second order, telling myself that the first one was just a fluke. Two days after purchasing, the backspace started to stick, and after removing the key, it was discovered that the key's plastic was improperly stamped and that the metal frame would not stay in place.
