The product is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.

Why the call button on the wire is needed is unclear; it did not work on Skype Portable. There is no marking which earpiece is left and which is right. It was experimentally found that the earpiece with the microphone is the right one. Perhaps this was done on purpose, so it's not a disadvantage. Its pros: Good sound, quality materials, the microphone can be bent if necessary, but it works well anyway. Convenient volume control on the wire. Cons: Headphones are designed for a small head, on…

I run a call center so we walk on headsets like no we walk on water. We usually use cheaper kits but decided to give these a try. The build quality and sound quality are excellent, they are very comfortable for extended wear (7+ hours a day) and they are very easy to set up. The only reason I don't give the product 5 stars is that it could be a bit noisy, especially since my center has over 30 agents in one room. For home use or offices with desks far apart, I would 100% recommend it. The lack…

Buttons and integration work well with Microsoft Teams

Bad getting the right to own this for 3 years and just got another one to keep in another office. Pros: 1. USB input, easy to use and configure for windows sound devices2. the volume rocker is large and clear and of course digital3. large mute button 4. Light, enough effort, not tired5. The mute button will glow red so you can see your audio is muted6. There is an integration with MS Teams so that when you mute, the conversation is also muted and vice versa (so you don't unmute but are still…

Good for home office / Skype

I like this office headset because: 1) Good microphone quality. I can hear myself (just a little), so it learns me in case I'm making unwanted noises (e.g. blowing air into the microphone). I can also quickly verify that my mic is actually on (because I can hear test audio coming from my mic). 2) It is strong and not easy to break. I had another headset with good sound quality (Logitech USB Headset H360) but it was mechanically weak and I had to change it every year or use glue. 3) The USB…

Probably a good product For kids

Can't give a single star for functionality as I never passed the initial fit test which failed. I knew it wouldn't be about my ears, but I never expected it to be so small that my ear was bigger than an earbud. Bought this to replace my current headphones with crappy foam ear tips and terrible build quality. They're about 2 inches in headphone diameter, they're no more than 1.5 inches in diameter, and that's a big difference. The whole point of getting them (besides a better mechanical design)…

Great keyboard and mouse combos

I work remotely in tech support so I'm on the phone 8-10 hours a day. I've tried different headsets over the years. I prefer mono headphones so as not to be completely isolated from the outside world. It is always difficult to find a comfortable, reliable and inexpensive headset. This fits the bill. The sound is clear and voluminous, I have no hearing problems. Nobody ever complained about my microphone either. For me it is important that it is light and comfortable. I have headsets that are…

Great budget headset

I needed a budget headset to replace another one I didn't like. This was my choice based on the specs and reviews and I am very happy with it. I can hear others well and they can hear me well on conference calls. Music sounds good too, although I don't use this headset often. I'm using Windows 10 and it took me some research to find a headset setting so you can hear your conversation. This is a Windows feature, you can find it under Settings > System > Sound > Sound Control Panel…

Quality sound and microphone - the right choice for a headset

This review was written after using the device twice. I needed this for an online group interview. Out of the 16 contestants, it was my Logitech and another contestant who had the clearest sound and had no connection issues (the rest had connection issues, sound was terrible, lots of feedback, or an erroneous pause of a few seconds when she spoke). I was hoping that my Bluetooth headset (with a mic) would be sufficient, but after hearing a test phrase, which I read aloud, I immediately started…

Logitech has finally lost me as a customer

I've been buying Logitech for almost 30 years. It's a local employer and they used to make great products. This headset was my last attempt to support Logitech. Instead, this is probably the last of their products I will ever purchase. For this headset: the speakers and microphone were unbearably inadequate for their job. I threw mine in the trash. I didn't even bother to return it. I am extremely disappointed. I tried this on Windows 7 and Windows 10 computers. My audio was noisy (I couldn't…
