I loved the charger while it lasted but I only have it for 6 weeks and it has stopped working. This is not due to abuse, I know I always have to pull the hub and never the cable. I was very disappointed with the return policy for defective products. I totally understand it taking a month if you just don't like it but I was expecting a better product and solution from Revain. 😩

I love the nylon cord. It's so flexible, unlike the plastic ones. I use it to charge my iPad in bed. The length is perfect, I don't get tangled in the cord. Definitely considering ordering another one. Update - It's been 4 months and I'm very disappointed that it charged for a short time and stopped working. Excellent customer service. Got new replacement cables. So far, so good.

The cable worked for no apparent reason which I could see after 21 days. I emailed the manufacturer and received a reply the same day with an offer to replace the product with a few extra ones as an apology as they were already shipped today, a day later.
