This chair is comfortable and fits a tall guy, if he had better wheels instead of cheap plastic wheels I would give 5 stars. I had to order some stiffer wheels as the ones you get are plastic and just slide on either end of the peg. Disappointed with the price paid.

This chair is for my newly designed office. I followed the video that is on the sales page. The installation went very smoothly. The only disappointing thing about this chair is that the base is plastic. I'm not sure why a chair rated for a maximum weight capacity of 500 pounds comes with a plastic base. I really like the lumbar support. Let's see how it will be, as long as I use it is brand new.
