I have a feeling this seller mainly filled the bottles with water as the product worked well. I use this product every day and buy from local stores so I know how well it usually works. This is an item that cannot be returned or exchanged. Don't waste money.

I don't know why eye makeup remover is suddenly hard to find in stores but I've always used this brand. My eyes are very sensitive and this is the only product that doesn't irritate them. There's no oil in there, which is what I want. Many products say "no oil” but that is not the case.

This is the best eye makeup remover ever! Contains no oils, but washes off mascara perfectly! It also helps remove the permanent lipsticks and lip glosses they make today that don't come off with soap and water, it will remove great stuff, just wish they had a bigger and bigger bottle for your money, it doesn't last very long !

Very disappointed - the product leaked in the packaging when I opened it. Don't assume this is a genuine L'Oréal product. I'm returning the item because I don't feel comfortable with it.

I have used this product before with no problems. This time it didn't work and there was no product seal on it. I tried to return it but they told me it was non-refundable. piss off!
