I've come to the conclusion that the ONLY thing that can explain the horrible smell is that the product is moldy. Have been using this shampoo for over 5 years. I have a sensitive scalp and oily, long, light brown hair. Although my hair color is natural, I like to tone it and sometimes color it in for an effect. Unfortunately, I have to wash my hair every day. It keeps my color intact and my hair gets many compliments for its color, health and shine. It smells great too.
