Colors not as shown

Not sure if colors have changed in this series. I received the correct product, but the colors in the photo are more pink than brown. This is not what I received. I'm a little dissatisfied.

Great eye palette, all 10 shades are easy to apply and blend!

I'm a girl who loves makeup. I like it because all the colors are usable, pigmented and mix well. There are 4 simple looks on the back. I thought a small brush would be useless. The only problem is that I didn't find it sooner. I would tell a friend to buy it quick. This is the goalkeeper.

Colors shown do not match actual colors when applied -

I do not believe the colors shown represent the actual eyeshadow colors when I applied them to my eyes. I was very excited to get and use it but was very disappointed. I previously bought another palette and the colors seemed pretty accurate to me and worked well so I bought this one. I would like to send it back as it wasn't very good.

piss off! on the eyes

This item came with other great items I have ordered from Revain. The product was not wrapped in plastic. The case was scratched and the eyeshadow powder was scattered everywhere. Eyeshadow and applicators were used. not happy at all

Finished: Eyes

This is a finished product to report on. The plastic case is slightly wrinkled, the protective film has been torn off. However, it is not used. The colors were as expected, as seen in the photos.

The shadows are broken inside. Poor packaging

I thought it was used upon arrival as the box was covered with eyeshadow from the inside. But that's not the case. The suitcase was sealed with tape. I almost sent it back. One of the shadows broke inside. No protective packaging.

Not new as described

I bought this in February and put it away. Today I wanted to use it and found that the item is not new, it has been opened (the seal is broken), the flower trays look like they have been replaced with other color trays. Did the mirror fall out too? No applicators. I will throw this away - mark this as a learning experience and yes I will order the product again because I love the Loreal eyeshadow and I will be more careful when I receive the items to check for broken fills. UPDATE: I orderedโ€ฆ

BEWARE. Fake L'Oreal

I have L'Oreal eyeshadow and have always loved it. I have this - looks authentic, nice colors. It went on like chalk and my eyelids were itchy and blistered after use. Today I compared the ingredients to an eyeshadow that I know is actually L'Oreal. The ingredients on the left are real, the ones on the right are fake - note that TALC is misspelled as "TTALC" on the one I bought from Revain.
