doesn't work best in hair care

I followed all the directions and it didn't color my hair at all. The product had a very good rating stating that it can dye gray well. This product also contained less harsh cancer-causing chemicals, which is why I bought it. At least the customer service was good and I got my money back right away. But I really wanted to paint over my gray hair and was still very disappointed.
