They do what they are supposed to and thanks to whoever posted the instructions on how to flip the tongue back. I would be very upset if I hadn't read the reviews and expected that I would have to do this. Would give a 5 would give a 4 for the price and would have to fiddle with the flex of the tongue to use it.

These file hangers had to be redesigned to fit a legal full width drawer. The work was not very laborious, but the kit for a hacksaw became more expensive. That disappoints me. They also work as advertised/designed but be aware that for many this may not be an easy fix.

As noted by another review, a portion of one end of the rod needs to be bent to fit the hanging rod. It wasn't hard to bend with pliers. But much cheaper than other options. Good value for money. Will buy again if I need more. The set comes with 4 hanging rails and fits perfectly on my 40" filing cabinet on the hon side so I now have 3 rows in each drawer.

This is exactly what my page file needs. Now I can just turn around and pull out or add files without craning my neck to see the files that run the length of my document drawers. They were extremely easy to install, literally taking 20 minutes. Extracting and installing my files took the most time. I believe they also increased my storage space for files. For those with 15" deep side files, these are perfect.

So I was a little upset when I first got them. They were the perfect length and width. BUT there is that little lip on one side. Sure, the filing cabinets here are pretty old, and I'm pretty sure this hanger has changed since it was made (if it ain't broke, don't fix it), BUT that little edge killed it. I wanted to cut them off but found that simply bending them with pliers worked absolutely perfectly. You can also play with the curve to make it tighter. :)
