Very comfortable but I would buy several at once as the strap wears out over time. However, I definitely recommend the cramps that can come from a pop socket and the pain and dents from a metal ring.

The tape is not strong enough, had to switch to a stronger one, also lacks hot glue to hold the tape in place, it keeps breaking and I have to heat it up Stick on the tape and stick it back. But on the other hand the band is good, unlike other brands where it softens after a couple of weeks.

I've been using these for years having had one in my pocket. The elastic is very tight and the adhesive bond is excellent. never a problem Be aware that the oils in your hands will eventually destroy the gum and you will need to replace it, but I never blame the product for this. When this happens they are fairly easy to remove and easy to replace.
