This lamp lasted less than 2 months. Normally I can get 6 to 12 months. The packaging was poor and may have been shaken too much. I love the Germguardian but have been disappointed with the last two replacement tubes I've bought from Revain.

Burned out in 3 weeks, buy more, what? The second one took 4 weeks so I'm going to buy another one now huh? I looked at the bulbs which are $19.99 they had a similar rating at least these bulbs are cheaper hopefully I can get one that lasts a while well its not made in America. I think?

Great price for a must have for my Germ Guardian Desktop UV Sanitizer. The price was great (these onions are very expensive on the Germ Guardian website) and the packaging was more than adequate. The delivery time was fast and the delivery was on time. Great experience and I will order them again!

Replacement lamp fits my sanitizer perfectly. The bulb burned out after 2 years and 3 months. It was much better than those bought from other vendors which only lasted 6 months. The product description states a change every 1 year, but after that I haven't noticed any difference in performance.
