The device does not respond. I've been running it with a 19-pin connector for a month. After connecting the second connector, the device broke and my system went into the POST loop. The 19-pin connectors are loose and the connectors are tight. Removing a 19-pin cable always removes the covers.

Brought this because my 3.0 jack on the MB was damaged and the front USB was lost. Drivers are installed by Windows 10, no intervention required. Just installed the card, booted it up and it worked. A quick and easy way to bring USB 3.0 ports back to the front if your MB doesn't have a header or you mangle it like me :).
