FOOD USED! Spoiled food in the drum!

I understand this is from evaporation? But water got into the feed drum and completely ruined the food I had in it! Let me tell you, that smells like ROCK too. I can't believe my fish is still eating. I've noticed that the pellets aren't coming out as strong as they used to be. Then I noticed a white-black color in the drum. I'm not getting consistent portions

This feeder is easy to use and program, but I just can't adjust the portions. At first I only tried granules of different sizes. I'm not sure what type of fish people feed, but even with the dispenser ajar my 5 inch goldfish gets food per feeding for about a week. I think if it was all the way open it would tip the entire feed tank into the tank. I closed the dispenser as much as possible, then put some tape over part of the hole and it almost worked. Does what it should. Easy to use.

It's very convenient. I bought 4 of these. I use it in my turtle tank, cichlid tank, FLOWR saltwater tank and reef tank. I use small pellets, flakes or large (turtle) pellets. If you set the right size, it will spread perfectly. Not sure why these other reviews can't dose it right? It's almost child's play. Can you find out? Incompatible parts. Replace the tank cap and the small fish feed opening.

My heart cat didn't like resting food so this was a great find. I plugged it in all the time. On the smallest hole I had to cover half of the hole with duct tape to prevent too many pellets from falling off. I attached the feeder to the side of the tank, but to do this I had to change the position of the tank cap to allow the feed to fall into the tank. Advantages: 1. Easy to use2. A good device, could use some improvement

The device is quite easy to set up and connect to the tank. I really wish the feed port was upside down and in the middle of the unit so I could just move the top of the tank glass back a bit instead of removing it entirely. Trying to choose the right feeding hole takes some practice at a time. Paper (which I assume applies to all rotary feeders like this one).
