I ordered 2. I love them and dimming and different lighting options. However, less than a year later, one of them stopped working. It turns on, toggles modes and everything, but is so dim it doesn't illuminate anything. The other is fine. I am both live and very disappointed. Is there a reason for that? They are both used at the same rate in the same area.

I bought and I like the light output it gives, it's under a shelf on the desk in my electronics lab, illuminates what I'm working on very well, The Reason for the low star rating is that once it's on, it produces so much RF output that it completely wrecks the reception of the stereo receiver on the bench. Can't say I've ever seen this in LEDs, but for most applications I think it's a great light.

I use this lighting under my computer desk and above my keyboard drawer to illuminate my keyboard at night so I don't have to turn on my desk lamp or overhead light. Works perfectly. Perfect amount of light, low profile, easy to mount and plugs into a USB port so no batteries or use of a valuable power strip slot.

This was ordered as a replacement for a similar unit which had lasted about 6 months. a few weeks after receiving this replacement which I paid for again. My other original block started flickering and went out. There will be no fourth! I use them about 9 hours a day so they last about 1350 hours. Is it a bit short?

EDIT: Lasted a bit longer after checking but then all flickering doesn't stop so needs replacing. - one died after flickering, hate that they take 2 plugs (bought a double USB plug to solve this) and seem to get hotter than they should. otherwise 3 of them still work

I don't usually look when I'm typing, but often I have to hit the F keys and see if it's F5 or F6 etc. This light illuminates my keyboard well and solves this problem. I installed it under the ledge above the keyboard and it sits there nicely. Only knocked over twice in the last 6 months and the magnetic mount is very handy.
