These are perfect for the oilers that are exposed to water and dirt on our tractors. They also stay in place and protect the mirrors, so we don't have to keep replacing those hard-to-find mirrors. I also ordered extra caps for our other gear.

These are great items for keeping dirt and debris off your grease fittings. Also, I ordered a black kit to color code them as I have 2 lubes that I use and one cannot be used in both without jamming the calipers and they are the same fittings. Those red ones will warn me not to put the wrong grease on the calipers.

Bought these to cover the grease nipples on my motorcycle suspension. Fittings get fouled with road grime very quickly and if you fire them up they stay clean and it's a lot easier to quickly add lube when needed. In less than a year they all tore and the rubber fell apart. Some have fallen off the fittings. I feel they should have lasted a lot longer than they are.

I bought these in January 2014 to fit hinges on my large metal gates. They fit great and I was very happy with them - NOW (May 2015) they are very cracked and I'm back here looking for another brand/type. They can work great under the hood/in the car - maybe they get UV/UV light? I can still get them - they work fine for a while and I don't want things (rain/dirt) getting into the folding hardware - the hardware was put right in the sky so I feel the need to like them - and then protect them. -
