Ordered without thinking of limitations. Unfortunately, I could only use this to hold an action camera, a cellphone at limited angles, and a small LED light. The tilt head is not strong enough or powerful enough to hold a flash or anything else that could make it too heavy. I'm impressed with the build materials, build quality and compactness of the device.

Although I have had my favorite and least favorite products with the LumeCube, they have always supported their products and the finish is almost always great! This tripod didn't surprise me when it came out of the box feeling solid like a tank. It's heavy enough not to fall over, but not too heavy. It fits everything a light cube can do and can hold strobe lights to some extent but the head is not attached so all that a few more weighs pounds and you are restricted in positioning to avoid falling light. It's relatively well researched given its small size, but it just can't handle a lot of weight.

This stand/tripod is so well designed that I am very impressed. Out of the box, this is a simple cylindrical metal baton. But press the button on one end and the three legs will move outwards. The rest extends telescopically, loosening and locking wrist rotation at each retractable section.
