I received these mics last Friday and had the opportunity to use them at two sound gigs on Sunday. I've used them on an upright with cardioid capsules, on a Steinway over the hammers because the lid had to be closed and there weren't any fasteners to get in, and they sounded much better than the double-throw capacitors I had before.
