Surprisingly good, especially considering how cheap it is. I connected it to the NAS as an additional drive. It's unobtrusive and works great. No vibrations, no issues, and the sleeve fits the laptop's drive perfectly.

I ordered a transparent ineo 3.0 USB hard drive case for one of the 2.5 drives I removed from my broken laptop. It was easy to connect the drive and snap the case into place without tools. The drive comes with a USB 3.0 cable and does not require a separate power supply.
