This is a great coat for fall! The only thing I would like is for the zipper to be fully open and not the way it closes on a coat. My son loves this!

I love the fabric of this jacket, very unique. It's water repellent, has a detachable hood, drawstring waist, warm for those days when a winter coat is too much, and very stylish. I was skeptical at first but the quality is worth it. This will be passed on to his brother and I'm sure someone else after that!

The perfect thickness and warmth for spring/fall NYC. My daughter loves the pockets and zippers and she always stays dry on rainy days. We bought 7-8 and she has room for another year.

The hood came off and punctured for 2 weeks after my 4 year old wore it every other day. went to take the coat off the hook and boom. The hood is torn off. I do not recommend

Recently there was a reason to rip this out for my son. I use 1-2 weeks, I do not remove the hood. And the seams on the zipper of the hood parted. My son is 7 years old and he said that the zipper on the jacket itself is not difficult for him.

It took quite a bit of time, but it's well made and well worth the money. Reminds me of the classic Lands End spring ski jacket from the 80's.

The jacket arrived today and I immediately noticed that it is not lined with fleece. It looks rather thin. Also based on previous reviews I ordered a size 6 for my 4 year old with the expectation that it will be good next year. The jacket fits well now so I'm disappointed that it will run small next year.

Great find! Excellent quality. Nice color as shown. Removable hood. The perfect combination of windbreaker and warm jacket. Not so thick that you can't wear it on a windy day, and not so thin that you can't wear it on a cold, rainy day. Inside warm fleece. The zippers are also of excellent quality. So cute that after using it twice it was stolen from my daughter's school. I bought one for my daughter and one for my son.

Bought large and runs large. I bought it because the last one was exactly the same, a year later the zipper on it broke. I would have bought a different type but this was the only jacket that offered the combination of what I was looking for. Something great for chilly mornings and evenings in fall and spring, and waterproof to boot.
