I bought two jackets for twin babies to play in the rain. They are adorable and go well with the shark umbrella and shark shoe covers. The jackets are water repellent and not your typical waterproof raincoat material. The hat is cute and lined with black and white striped material but there are no ties to hold it on the head so it comes off after a while in the rain probably because the toddler is pulling it off. Nice choice! Best for kids who need to ride bus or walk.

My son started kindergarten this week and I needed a waterproof jacket that is neither bulky nor stiff and comfortable for a three year old. This jacket is adorable and waterproof. I'm a bit jealous and wish he was my size. It suits him perfectly, there is room to grow. sleeves unlined; runs LARGE

I was so excited to get this one... I was looking at the yellow Gap and Carter raincoats but loved the black cuffed sleeves on this one. My son is 2 years (26 months) and wears 3T. 3T (tag size 100) in this is so big. I understand jackets can be larger and waxed but it looks sloppy. It's not the quality I expected either.
