Right out of the box I can say the product is made of cheap material. Not sure how long it will last, but it comes with a 1 year warranty and an additional 1 year warranty if you sign up for their "VIP" account (free account). Good keyboard. But almost useless for me as it doesn't work with Adobe InDesign style sheet keyboard shortcuts to allow setting style sheet keyboard shortcuts in InDesign. These keyboard shortcuts only work with the keys on the numeric keypad, but of course you want a wired keyboard or an extended keyboard, not an external keyboard. Strangely, the keys are registered as shortcut keys in the stylesheets, but InDesign doesn't list them as fixed. So you're running blind, which isn't going to work.
