Affordable, lightweight, works with iMac

After having issues with wireless keyboards and mice - losing them, battery issues, connection issues - I've returned to wired keyboards and mice with this affordable set. They work very well. Arrived very quickly.

It is not.: Computers and accessories

This keyboard has been used as a daily keyboard for 30 days. Frequently used keys are completely worn out. I can no longer see the writing on half of my keys. Many keys get stuck and are incredibly difficult to press. My delete key is the one that makes me a little indignant. Does it work in a snap? Of course. Is the asking price worth it? Not as much. If I could make more, I would spend a little more elsewhere.

compatible - computer accessories and peripherals

I have an iMac and it's perfect. Some say they don't like the way the keys work - you know how they click, I don't care if they aren't as smooth and quiet as my Mac's keyboard. Plugged it in, recognized it straight away and bam bam, thanks ma'am. No, there are no USB ports for the mouse, ma'am, I don't mind, the mouse has a nice long cable. I'm very happy with it and the price is great too

It's nice as long as it is

This mouse and keyboard set is very aesthetic and has a very simple design. I don't like bulky keyboards and mice so I chose this set. The keyboard and mouse are light and elegant. Even if they don't last long. Today is September 30th and I received this in June. The mouse is already broken. Left click no longer works. Pretty sad. I play some casual video games with this mouse and keyboard, but just 3 months of use is still not acceptable.

Very good for the price!

A great keyboard for the price! My work keyboard suddenly stopped working one day, and because I had a big design project I needed a keyboard that could use all the Mac keyboard shortcuts I'm used to. I made a request to our IT department for a new keyboard and ordered it, which I paid for myself. Arrived in 2 days, in very good condition, works perfectly. I particularly like the feel of the keys and the response. The mouse came with the order but mine worked fine. I decided to replace it…

it's a terrible keyboard: hard and shallow indentation = numerous typos and pain in the hand

You get what you pay for. This $39 keyboard is terrible. This one is very hard and kills my hands and wrists; and also led to a 500% increase in typos. (It took me a while to write this review because I had to keep going back and typing [oc. Here's an example of "rae".) The keys on this keyboard are also very shallow. This makes it less responsive and also deadly on hands. The combination makes this a terrible (difficult to use), unsafe (risk of injury - which continues, let me tell you!)…

Ideal (and rated 5 stars) for light keyboard users; Heavy Duty Set 4 stars but good.

I like Macally keyboards. For example, good button action and buttons really control the sound and music without fiddling with anything. Loved this deal with the mouse included. I've also bought Apple keyboards and mice for 3 times the price from Macally. **I don't see any difference in durability or performance.** In fact, my Apple mouse has historically sucked right out of the box, with uncontrolled clicking and a wild tendency to page-zoom no matter what I did in Settings Systems.
